About the Program

A minor in Nutrition requires the following:

  • 18 credit hours of HPNU course work. At least 15 of those hours must be upper division (courses numbered 3000 or higher).
  • Grades of "C-" or better are required on all courses for the minor.

Note: Human Physiology and Nutrition majors are not allowed to minor in Nutrition.
