About Kimberly

Kimberly Humphrey is a dedicated healthcare professional with a deep commitment to advancing the field of health and wellness promotion across community, education, and clinical settings. With 15 years of experience in long-term care, Kimberly has consistently demonstrated expertise and a steadfast dedication to enhancing patient care while also fostering the well-being of healthcare teams.

She holds a master’s degree in healthcare science with an emphasis on wellness promotion from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS). As the practicum supervisor for Jumpstart Aging Workforce Solutions (JAWS), an El Paso County and ARPA-funded grant at UCCS, Kimberly works towards understanding and driving meaningful changes in the long-term care workforce. Additionally, she serves as a lecturer in health sciences and an instructor in the Gateway Program Seminar at UCCS, where she inspires students to explore the dynamic intersections of health, wellness, and community care.
